Incorporated in Norfolk, Nebraska in 1970, the original Colonial Research Chemical Corporation manufacturing facility and offices were located in a 5,000 square foot building. Within a year the product line had nearly doubled and a new building was constructed to house the mixing facilities and offices on five acres at the present location. By 1973 the new building was expanded to nearly double its orginal size.

In 1976 the the original warehouse space was tripled with the addition of another building which is presently used for warehousing. Raw material storage tanks were also installed the same year.
Today, Colonial Research Chemical Corporation markets a wide variety of specialty chemical products to commerical, industrial, governmental and institutional entities by means of our direct sales network throughout the upper Midwest, as well as nationally via our website.
